NUTRITION & HYDRATION

Teaching our Student Athletes about the importance of good nutrition & hydration habits via a CERTIFIED SPORTS NUTRITIONIST.

ABSOLUTE STRENGTH

Training our Student Athletes in a variety of dynamic Olympic style lifts to develop a base line of ABSOLUTE STRENGTH within the program.

EXPLOSIVE STRENGTH

Utilizing SPORT specific exercises to develop explosive power movements that correspond & relate to movements utilized on the football field.

SPEED & AGILITY

Our athletes will be trained in a variety of speed & agility exercises, that will be tracked and tested throughout different segments of the season .
